What has become a key event in GALTA’s calendar of events, members made the pilgrimage to Adelaide to participate at the 2009 Feast Festival.
A small but friendly crowd gathered at the Garage Bar for networking drinks on the evening of Friday 27 November. Much merriment was had including a surprise visit by Katie Underwood to the delight of guests.
After a scrumptious breakfast at the Chifley on South Terrace, Directors met to discuss a very busy Agenda and to plan future directions and activities for 2010.
Once again, Veale Gardens played host to Picnic in the Park on Sunday 29 November. Not only is it the closing event of the Feast Festival, it is also the largest gay and Lesbian event in South Australia.
While the primary objective is to promote the interests of our members by handing out, promotional collateral, a great day was enjoyed by all catching up with potential travellers and friends.
