Despite cyclonic weather the Noosa Mardi Gras recovery week went well.
The GALTA sponsored dinner on the Monday night at the Sheraton was an outstanding success. Over 90 people attended who were rapt in the entertainment featuring Trevor Ashley and Lesley Hancock in their REHAB show.
Guests were greeted by sunning Noosa models sporting the latest Ed Hardy swimwear gear and the Sheraton catering staff did a great job.
The recovery dance party at the Rolling Rock night club and the Horizons pool and beach party were also well attended . Numbers were down overall this year probably because of the weather and economic conditions.
